Prices

The daily rates apply per holiday apartment for 2 persons. For each additional person we charge €20.00 per day.

Included services

Bed linen, hand and kitchen towels, fully equipped kitchens, bread delivery service (free of charge), free Wi-Fi, heated saltwater pool with sunbathing lawn and seating areas, locked bicycle storage with e-bike charging station, free parking, South Tyrol Guest Pass, final cleaning.

For stays in 2027 we reserve the right to adjust prices. For further details, please feel free to contact us.
No liability is assumed for the accuracy of the information provided.

Tourist tax

Please note that the stated rental price does not include the local tourist tax. In our property it amounts to €2.50 per person per day (from 14 years of age). The tax is payable on site.

South Tyrol Guest Pass

With the free “Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass – Mobilcard”, your holiday in South Tyrol is completely uncomplicated. It is valid for your entire stay and allows you to reach your destinations by public transport. With the Guest Pass you can travel free of charge on buses, trains and selected cable cars throughout South Tyrol.

Cycling holiday

We offer a locked bicycle storage room with an e-bike charging station. If you arrive without a bike, you can rent one here:

Holiday with dog

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.. For your well-behaved four-legged friend we charge €10.00 per day (food not included). Please bring your dog’s basket or blanket from home. 

Bread service

Fresh bread in the morning? Simply inform us the day before and we will place your order at your door the next morning (except Sundays and public holidays).

Cancellation

Within the last 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 100% of the booking price.

Booking

The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit and receipt of the booking confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Payment

The remaining amount can be paid before departure in cash or by bank transfer. We do not accept credit or debit cards.

Minimum stay

During the summer high season, the minimum stay is 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday). In low and mid season, shorter stays are possible. For stays of fewer than 4 nights, a surcharge of €20.00 per night applies.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 1:00 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 am. Please inform us of your expected arrival time.

Shuttle service

Upon prior arrangement, we are happy to pick you up from the train station, bus station or airport.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted indoors. You may smoke on the balcony or in the outdoor areas.

Travel cancellation insurance

To protect yourself from unexpected costs, we recommend the “Roter Hahn” cancellation protection. You can take out your holiday insurance directly.
